It is time to retest a benchmark again!
Nancy is a CrossFit Classic WOD which we have done multiple times in the last few years here at Train. Benchmark workouts are a great way to establish, test, and retest your fitness. They give us something to gauge our improvement off of and give us a goal to aim towards.
If you have done Nancy before, make sure to look through your journal, find her, then beat her!
If this is your first time then record your time and modifications so that next time she pops up you will be ready to destroy your old time!!!
