TRY A CLASS FOR FREE EVERY THURSDAY

Come to any group class on Thursdays. There's no better way to experience CrossFit for the first time than in one of our group classes! Find a Thursday class time that works for you and send us an email so we know you're coming.

START YOUR MEMBERSHIP WITH The ON RAMP COURSE which consists of THREE PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS

We start everyone's first month of membership with an On Ramp course. In this course you will be introduced to the fundamental movements we use in CrossFit as well as workouts of increasing intensity and difficulty to get you ready for the group classes. You will leave knowing proper form and safe technique and have the confidence that you're ready to join the group classes!

ON RAMP COURSE:

The On Ramp is three one-hour sessions with a coach. These sessions are private, one on one sessions. However we do allow small groups of up to three athletes if multiple people want to get started together.

We can schedule these three sessions according to your availability and our coaches availability, possible hours range from 5am - 8pm, 7 days a week. 

The CrossFit Train On Ramp course costs $100.

Once you finish the On Ramp you are a member of CrossFit Train! You will be prorated for the remainder of the months membership fees and ready for group classes.

SEE YOU IN CLASS!

Group classes are an hour long and include a comprehensive warm-up, movement preparation, technique coaching, the Workout of the Day (WOD), and time permitting a cool-down or cash-out at the end. 

Tired of working out alone and with no real goals? CrossFit provides constantly varied workouts that will keep exercise new and exciting, and the group atmosphere provides camaraderie, accountability, and a sense of shared effort that pushes us far past what we think we are capable of. 


DO WE DISCOUNT?

We give discounts to Students, Fire, Police, EMT, Military, and couples. If you are one of these, you must let us know! Sorry, no discounts on introductory courses.
