Come to the Party tonight at 6:30pm!

Bring side dishes and Drinks!

 

Iron Beaver Weightlifting Meet Saturday starting at 10am.

No Saturday CrossFit Class or Barbell Club!

 

 

I expect to see all of you at the party and attending the weightlifting meet!!!

Power Snatch
3-3-3-3-3 reps    (all sets as heavy as possible!)

As far as possible in 12 minutes of:
30 Double-unders
10 Power Snatch 95/65
30 Double-unders
11 Power Snatch
30 Double-unders
12 Power Snatch
etc, etc, etc...
