Bring protection for Rope Climbs!

WOD:   12/04/15

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
35/25-lb. dumbbell thrusters, 9 reps
Rope climb, 1 ascent

Today is a great day to spend some time mastering the rope climb.

Make sure to bring something to protect your shins, or you won't be getting on the ropes!!!
