Ankle Flexibility

Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
185 pound Deadlift, 21 reps

 

Ankle flexion can be a HUGE limiter for squat depth. There are a bunch of stretches to help with this, here's a new one from Crossfit Invictus that I highly recommend adding to your repertoire!

Is lack of ankle mobility holding you back from squatting to your full potential? Use this stretch daily and say goodbye to that poor squatting position!
