Do you have a tough time holding a barbell overhead? Is being upside down on your hands the bane of your existence? Does simply mentioning Overhead squats make you cringe?

CrossFit Media has been coming out with some amazing videos for a while and I love the ones from the different specialty course CrossFit offers. I absolutely loved this one because most people that come in to CrossFit need help with this! Chad Vaughn demonstrates a stretch for those people who those have trouble being able to reach a good range of motion overhead. This is all about thoracic extension and being about to get weight overhead in a good position. Check this video out!

"If you can keep your elbow locked and your arm is going ... behind your ear with your head in this position, then you've got sufficient range of motion. If not you've got some work to do." Coach and two-time Olympian Chad Vaughn (2004 and 2008 Olympic Games) teaches a group some exercises to improve shoulder range of motion.
