WOD:   3/16/17

 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Dumbbell Front Squats, 50/35-lbs.
15 Pull-ups
10 Dumbbell Deadlifts, 50/35-lbs.
15 Push-ups
10 Dumbbell Power Cleans, 50/35-lbs.

 

 

And sorry for more dumbbells ;)

Take it easy today if you are planning on doing 17.4 Friday!!!
