Push press 5-5-5-5-5 reps

Front squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps

 

 

 

Today we are just lifting weights!

This should be a tough workout. Make sure to rest 1-3 minutes between each set and get as heavy as possible!

Being strong is incredibly important to overall fitness and health!
