12 minutes to work up to a heavy Front Squat.

 

In front of a clock set for 12 minutes:
1 minute of Push-ups.
1 minute of DB box step-ups.
2 minutes of Push-ups.
2 minutes of DB box step-ups.
3 minutes of Push-ups.
3 minutes of DB box step-ups.

*Use 50/35-lb. DBs on a 24”/20” box.
