Reminder:
All 5:30am Classes and Barbell Clubs are cancelled.
WOD: 7/24/17
Deadlift 3-3-3 reps
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
30 squats
20 handstand push-ups
10 deadlifts, 225/155-lbs.
The CrossFit Team Series
The CrossFit Team Series this year is changing its format. Instead of tricky teams of 4, the Series will be simple teams of 2.
