Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
15 Handstand Push-ups
100-ft. walking lunge
100-ft. bear crawl


 

 

 

It is going to be crazy HOT today and tommorrow and the next day and every day after that for as long as we know.

So drink water all day, get hydrated, stay hydrated, and most importantly come to the gym hydrated!!!
