WOD:   8/18/17


10 minutes of Turkish Get-up practice.


5 rounds for time of:
400-m run
15 left-arm kettlebell snatches, 35/25-lbs.
15 right-arm kettlebell snatches, 35/25-lbs.

 

 

 

 

Today you can use kettlebells, dumbbells, or even barbells, but please don't use a person :)
