CrossFit Train Slaughtered the Slaughterfest!

WOD:   4/30/18


Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Power Cleans, 185/125-lbs.
20 Burpees
30 Pull Ups
40 Walking Lunges
50 Double Unders

All our members from Train crushed the competition at the Salem Slaughterfest. Every team had PR's and performed well on all their workouts!

 

 

Congrats to Team "The Mountain and the Mole-hills" on a First Place finish in the Master's Division.
