"Helton" with a partner

Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
50/35-lb. Dumbbell squat cleans, 30 reps
30 Burpees

*Round 1 both partners must complete full run and all reps. Remaining two rounds they may break runs into 200m relays and share reps working one at a time.
