Workout Prep:

2 Hang Split Snatch, each arm
2 Renegade Row, each arm

HERO Workout:
“Moon”
7 rounds for time of:
10 Hang Split Snatch, Right arm
10 Renegade Rows, Right arm
10 Hang Split Snatch, Left arm
10 Renegade Rows, Left arm

Accessory:
5 sets of:
10-20 Bicep Curls, each arm
*rest as needed between sets
