Warm-up:

2: 10 Candlesticks

WOD:

20 minute AMRAP of:
2:00 Plank
50 Mountain Climbers
2:00 Active Squat Hold
50 Air Squats
2:00 Handstand or Pike Hold
50 Push-ups



Cool Down:
Inactive Squat Hold for 5 minutes
Straddle Stretch for 5 minutes
