Overhead Squats

We are excited to announce that CrossFit Train is now offering a CrossFit class specifically for Teens! It will be similar to our regular CrossFit classes with an emphasis on strength training, conditioning, technique work, and skill development. These classes will be a great way for teenagers to do fun workouts with their peers!

CrossFit Teens will be offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 10AM. It is free for teens who are members and $15/class for non-members. All athletic and ability levels are welcome and no prior CrossFit experience is required.

If you are a teen and currently an active member, you are free to just show up for class, however we would like to get an idea of how many people we have so kindly send us an email to let us know you are interested in coming to these classes!
