WHY DO THE OPEN?

“My first open was last year! My favorite thing about the open was how supportive everyone is of each other. It’s like the Rx version of the energy of a regular Crossfit class. Officially signing up for the open is super effective for fully committing to the workouts and performing the best you can. I remember being skeptical my first year, but I didn’t even hesitate to sign up this year!”
