Meet Coach Elliott

Elliott is from France and moved to Oregon in August 2017 for school. Besides his CrossFit Level 1, he has a Bachelor’s in Chemistry and a Master’s in Materials Science.

HOW I STARTED CROSSFIT:

I was looking for a fun workout plan and saw the CrossFit games 2017 on Youtube. A couple months later I tried my first class at CrossFit Train!

WHAT I LOVE MOST ABOUT COACHING:

Helping people reach their Fitness goals and learn new skills. It is very rewarding to help an athlete do something they didn’t think they could do before, and see them have fun and get fitter every day.

ATHLETIC BACKGROUND:

I started off with 8 years of competitive horse riding back in France up until I was 15. After that I started playing basketball and made the team at Lyon 1 University. When I graduated, I found out about CrossFit and have been doing it ever since.

FAVORITE MOVEMENT:

Muscle-ups

FAVORITE WOD:

Anything that mixes weightlifting and gymnastics.

FAVORITE THING ABOUT CROSSFIT TRAIN 97333:

The community. Coming from a different country, I immediately felt welcomed by the coaches and members at CrossFit Train. It was great to find a place where I could have fun and meet kind and inspiring people.
