Morning class changes!

We know morning classes have been difficult to attend and we want to thank you for being patient while we figure out a solution. We love how dedicated you all are to getting your WODs in when most people are still asleep! You guys rock. 

We will be shifting from our 101 classes to an On Ramp program. This program will consist of nine classes over three weeks to introduce new Train members to CrossFit. This will free up coaching time and equipment for our regular members! If you're currently in 101 don't worry! We will make sure you're taken care of during this transition. 

Starting May 1st we will offer a 5:30am class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday! This class will be capped at 10 people (due to space).

Do not be confused by this!

5am and 6am regular classes will stay as they are. However on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday instead of a 6am 101 there will be a 5:30am regular class.
