Establish a 1RM Turkish Get-up
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
75/55 pound Shoulder Press, 4 reps
75/55 pound Sumo Deadlift High Pull, 8 reps
75/55 pound Front squat, 12 reps
Regionals is Heating Up!
In two short weeks we are going to get to watch Joey and Hayley kick some ass in the West Regional, but remember that Regionals are getting underway this weekend!
