For time:
100 Double-unders
Then, Five rounds of:
60/40 lb. Dumbbell deadlift, 10 reps
60/40 lb. Dumbbell front squat, 10 reps
10 Handstand push-ups
Then, 100 Double-unders



Summer is almost over! It's time to get yourself back into a routine and bring others along with you.
