100 Calorie Row
50 Thrusters, 95/65-lbs.
100 Calorie Row
50 Thrusters, 135/95-lbs.
100 Calorie Row
50 Thrusters, 155/105-lbs.
100 Calorie Row
Max Thrusters, 185/135-lbs.
 

*Share calories and thrusters as needed.

*Only one person working at a time.


 

This Team WOD should be a blast! You and your partners don't have to have the same weights, but you do have to have Fun and Work Hard!
