"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

 

 

 

Mary is one of my favorite Benchmark Workouts, 20 minutes of high skill movements, what's not to love!

If you have done Mary before (we did it on 12/10/15) then look it up and beat your score today!

If you haven't done Mary, then today is the day to set a score to beat. Make sure to record the scales that you used as well!
