Front squat 5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1-1 reps


30-20-10 reps for time of:
Ab-mat sit-ups
Toes-to-bars
Medicine-Ball Cleans, 20/14-lb. ball

 

 

 

Now these are some front squats! 

496lbs. for two reps at 170lbs. bodyweight!
