Normal Schedule for Sunday: 9am Class, 10am Open Gym

Reminder: 

Monday (New Year's Day) there will only be one Class at 10am and Open gym at 11am.

This workout, "Start your Year Off with a WOD", is welcome to the public, bring anybody and everybody to come try out Train and begin their year with some fitness!
