There will be no Thursday at 5:30am Barbell Club this week (6/29).

 

 

WOD:   6/29/17

 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Run 200 meters
Then three rounds of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
5 Burpees
25 Double-unders
