For max reps:
2 minutes of Step-ups
2 minutes of Object Swings
3 minutes of Step-ups
3 minutes of Object Swings
4 minutes of Step-ups
4 minutes of Object Swings
Cool Down:
Accumulate 4 Minutes of Plank (any style)
