10 Burpee DB Deadlifts
6 DB snatches

WOD:
24 minute AMRAP of:
400m Run
30 Goblet Squats
15 Single arm Devil’s Press, 50/35-lbs

Cool down:
3 Rounds:
:60 pec stretch, each arm
:60 hip-quad-wall stretch, each leg
