Don’t have time to make it to the gym, but always have time to take your beloved dog out for a walk? Purepharma came up with a few workouts that are sure to tire the both of you out!

WOD 1: “Not your normal Fetch”

Just like you would do with your dog, but this time you chase the ball too.  Every throw is a race to see who can get to the ball the fastest.  Rx + would be using a “Chuck it” to get extra distance on the ball. You can do this in an AMRAP style or set out with a specific number of sprints.

WOD 2: “Burpee Fetch”

This is similar to a normal round of fetch with your pups however this time, every time you throw the ball you have an AMRAP Burpees until your dog brings the ball back. Your goal is always to go 100% on round one and then keep that up for as long as possible!

WOD 3:“Tabata Doggie Squats”

Warning — this one only works if your dogs love to be held like mine. If you’re feeling ambitious, pick up your pup and throw them over you shoulder and 3…2…1…Go!  It’s tabata squats with a little extra weight!

While these are just three options, there are countless other ways to be active with your dogs!  Just remember to have some fun!
