ANNOUNCMENT:

There will be no class this Wednesday (10/14) at 12:00pm NOON!

All other classes will remain the same and this only effects this Wednesday!

Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:
8 Handstand push-ups
8 Box jump, 30/24 inch box
Rope climb, 1 ascent

Hey everybody!

This is a big reminder that Barbell Club is every Tuesday at 5:30pm and every Thursday at 7:00am. 

Barbell Club is now taught by Chris Swartz our very own National Level Weightlifting Coach.

If you want extra work on your Olympic lifts and you want to get stronger come to Barbell Club!
