20 Dumbbell Thrusters 45/30

18 Dumbbell Thrusters
etc, etc until...

2 Dumbbell Thrusters

If you are not currently a member of Barbell Club this is your last FREE chance to join.

Over the course of an hour or so, you will be taught the basics of Olympic Weightlifting. After completing the clinic you are a member of Barbell Club and welcome to come to Barbell Club on Tuesday at 5:30pm and Thursdays at 7am.

We do plenty of Olympic Weightlifting every week in normal classes, but Barbell Club will give you special time and focus on these crucial lifts for fitness.
