  We are continuing to grow as a community guys so make sure you continue to say Hi to new faces when you see them in the gym! Hell, even if it is someone you have met before, but just don’t quite remember their name go introduce yourself again. We all know it can be a little intimidating when you first join, there is a lot happening. Help make everyone feel at home!
