Weekend Schedule:
Saturday: Class at 9am, Barbell Club at 10:30am
Sunday: NO class at 9am, YOGA at 9am, Swim WOD at 11am

Hang Power Clean 5-5-5-5-5 reps

Five rounds for time of:
135/95 lb. Deadlift, 15 reps
135/95 lb.  Hang power clean, 12 reps
135/95 lb. Front Squat, 9 reps
135/95 lb.  Push Jerk, 6 reps




The Swim WOD will start at 11am, after we have had our "fun" we will Barbeque and enjoy a variety of water activities for the rest of the day!

Bring food and drinks and be ready to WOD then have an awesome Sunday tubing, wakeboarding, paddleboarding and/or anything else you can think to do at the lake!
You are welcome to come and enjoy the lake for the whole afternoon.

The Lake is at the end of Pinot Gris Dr. a few miles north of Corvallis.
Directions: Head out of town north on Highway 99, just north of town, before G3 turn right onto Elliot Circle, then take another right onto Pinot Gris Dr. take it until the end when it turns into a gravel road. At the end of the gravel road is the lake!!!

Let's review those directions: North on Highway 99, Right onto Eliot Circle, Right onto Pinot Gris, take Pinot Gris until it turns into Gravel, at the end of the Gravel is a lake.
