Complete as many rounds as possible in 17 minutes of:
Rope Climbs, 1 ascent
7 Power Cleans, 115/75-lbs.
Rope Climb, 1 ascent
7 Push Press, 115/75-lbs.
We are climbing the Rope today!!!
Make sure to bring some protection for your shin, if you plan on climbing or learning to climb!
