Today we get to work on something a little different, the legless rope climb.

Come prepared to give these a try.

If you aren't quite ready to go legless then today is another day to perfect your regular rope climbing skills and/or try to go a little bit higher up the rope!

So far Carl Paoli covered the basic styles of rope climbing: Russian Wrap and Spanish Wrap. The next step was the intermediate level: Legless Swing Kip. Today's How-To is the faster version of the previous one: short, fast and kicking style of the kip.
