Warm-up:
30-20-10
Double-under Taps
15-10-5
Dips (increasing difficulty)

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
30 Plank Burpees
20 Chair Dips
100 Lateral Line Hops

 

Cool Down:
Tricep-Wall stretch x 2:00/side
Calf-Wall stretch x 2:00/side
