THE THANKSGIVING FOOD TRAIN IS MAKING A STOP AT THE GYM !

We are collecting food and cash donations for the Corvallis Food Bank this Thanksgiving.

Some most wanted items are: stuffing mix - crackers/chips - soups - coffee - toilet paper - feminine hygiene items.

No items ? No problem !

You can make a cash/venmo donation that will be used to purchase some much needed supplies.

With a partner, 30 minute AMRAP of:
Run 400m with a KB
50 Turkey Swings
30 Gobble Squats
10 Turkey Get-ups

*Use a 53/35-lb. KB.
*Run together, switching as needed.
*Share reps as needed.
