A awesome and in depth documentary was just released on Rich Froning. The movie length film gave us a cool insight into how the four times CrossFit Games Champion and now Affiliate Cup champ lives. I'm not going to give too much away, because it is worth checking out. It shows what drives the man that won the Crossfit games four times in a row, what motivates him, and what his training and life are like.
