Starting this Friday from 3:30pm to 7pm We will be running heats of 17.1

Athletes, Judges, and spectators are all welcome and needed!

The Open is going to be a blast!

Workout 11.2

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
155/105-lb. deadlifts, 9 reps
12 hand release push-ups
15 box jumps, 24/20-in. box
 

(If you plan on doing the Open WOD tomorrow, take it easy on today's WOD!!!)
