WOD:   01/04/17

Complete as many rounds as possible in 17 minutes of:
Rope Climbs, 1 ascent
7 Power Cleans, 115/75-lbs.
Rope Climb, 1 ascent        
7 Push Press, 115/75-lbs.

 

 

 

We are climbing the Rope today!!!

Make sure to bring some protection for your shin, if you plan on climbing or learning to climb!
 

But first, here are some instructional videos from top Crossfit athletes and coaches on how to climb! We will be teaching the J-hook, it is without a doubt the best way to climb.

Tabata squat
Max reps of muscle-ups in 4 minutes
 

*The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. The Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. Begin time for muscle-ups immediately after the last 10-second rest interval. Test score equals Tabata score multiplied by number of muscle-ups completed.
